SHERWOOD CTH II: DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL – 3rd Shift
Full-time, 11:45pm to 7:45am various weekdays, 7:45am to 7:45pm EOW. Assists individuals with disabilities with caring for themselves and maintaining their independence. Provides instruction and support to individuals with disabilities in areas of self-care and hygiene and assists individuals with living independently or in a residential or Intermediate Care Facility (ICF). The specific services of a Direct Support Professional will depend in part on the needs of the individual with disabilities.

Service Writer – Service Station – Full Time: Monday – Friday
Full-time – 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday – Friday. Service writer experience preferred. Must be able to work with the public and have good phone etiquette. Computer skills and good math skills are required. Must be able to lift small objects related to job duties.
North Street CTH II: Direct Support Professional – Part-time
Part-time, 7:45am – 7:45pm, EOW (Every Other Weekend). Assists individuals with disabilities with caring for themselves and maintaining their independence. Provides instruction and support to individuals with disabilities in areas of self-care and hygiene and assists individuals with living independently or in a residential or Intermediate Care Facility (ICF). The specific services of a Direct Support Professional will depend in part on the needs of the individual with disabilities.
Debbie B. Court 110: Direct Support Professional – 3rd Shift
Full-time, 11:45pm – 7:45 am various weekdays, 7:45pm to 7:45am EOW. Assists individuals with disabilities with caring for themselves and maintaining their independence. Debbie B. Court 800 CTH II: Direct Support Professional – 2nd Shift

Provides instruction and support to individuals with disabilities in areas of self-care and hygiene and assists individuals with living independently or in a residential or Intermediate Care Facility (ICF). Bonds ICF: Direct Support Professional – Part-time
Part-time, 7:45am – 7:45pm, EOW (Every Other Weekend). Assists individuals with disabilities with caring for themselves and maintaining their independence. Provides instruction and support to individuals with disabilities in areas of self-care and hygiene and assists individuals with living independently or in a residential or Intermediate Care Facility (ICF). Bonds ICF: Direct Support Professional/Cook – Part-time
Part-time, 2:30pm – 7:30pm, Monday – Friday. Prepares food according to health approved guidelines set up by DHEC. Under the supervision of Coordinator, Supervisor or QIDP, trains and provide care for individuals with disabilities and special needs as needed.

Burton ICF: LPN
Full Time – Full Time, 6:30am to 7:00pm various weekdays, 6;30 am to 7:00pm EOW. Will provide nursing care to consumers. The LPN will be delegated the responsibility by the Operations Manager in areas of health maintenance, prevention of illness and accidents and the administration of medication to individuals. The LPN will have authority in the area of nursing care and will function under the Operations Manager.
