Our Mission Statement

We believe that each individual has the right to experience a life with love, respect and dignity.  We firmly believe that each individual is important and deserves the opportunity to strive to reach their full potential.  We believe that each individual has the right to make choices that will affect their lives.

       Our focus will be on each individual’s abilities in developing appropriate programs and services that promote the health, safety and well being of each individual.
